  • Yes! We ship to all parts of India.
  • All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days from our warehouse after receiving the order. Delivery is expected within 2 to 13 days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping option.
  • Estimated shipping times are system-generated. Actual shipping times may fluctuate during public holidays, busy periods, and peak seasons. Customs and postal services may also require additional processing time, especially before major festivals (e.g., Christmas, Diwali).
  • Once a package is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes, or other unforeseen events.
  • Ensure that the provided address is accurate, including key location details and the correct area PIN code.
  • Import Taxes & Duties: Any additional charges, such as import taxes, duties, or customs fees, are determined by the destination country's customs office and are not covered in your payment to us. For details, please contact your local customs office.
  • Upon delivery, inspect the package. If the seal is broken or the packaging appears damaged, do not accept the parcel.
  • Shipping Cost Refund for Returns: If we cannot arrange a return pickup, you may be required to self-ship the product. Self-shipping must be done via INDIA POST only. Shipping charges will be refunded upon submission of a registered courier receipt.
  • You can track your order using the official website of India Post or any common courier tracking service.
  • For pre-order items, our team may request an advance payment for order confirmation if the customer opts for Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Automart offers Express Delivery service exclusively within India, ensuring a swift and hassle-free experience for customers seeking quick access to automobile products. Orders placed and confirmed before 12:00 PM (noon) are eligible for same-day dispatch, whereas those placed after 12:00 PM and before 12:00 AM (midnight) will be considered for next-day dispatch. Depending on the delivery address, express shipments are typically delivered within 2 to 5 working days, although this duration may vary based on regional accessibility, logistics partner coverage, and warehouse proximity. Express delivery is valid only for eligible pin codes as supported by our partnered courier services and is not applicable for international orders. Delays may occur due to remote or rural locations, low-service areas, or non-operational courier zones. During the monsoon season, delivery may be impacted by heavy rainfall, flooding, or blocked roads. Additional disruptions may arise due to natural disasters like earthquakes, cyclones, landslides, or wildfires, as well as human factors such as strikes, political unrest, curfews, or military conflicts. We rely on trusted courier services, but last-mile delivery speed is influenced by courier staff availability, public holidays, and local restrictions. High demand during festive periods, national holidays, or big-sale events might lead to processing delays. Items marked with "Express Eligible" status are selected based on stock readiness, seller’s warehouse location, and courier feasibility. Bulk or heavy-weight orders, custom-built items, or pre-order products are excluded from this service. Express shipping does not guarantee delivery on Sundays or national holidays. If a customer is unavailable or provides an incomplete address, the shipment may be delayed or marked Return to Origin (RTO). Accurate mobile number and pincode entry is critical for smooth delivery. Customers are encouraged to track orders using real-time tracking numbers sent by SMS or email. Express service is non-refundable unless delivery failure is caused by courier negligence and is officially verified. Delivery slots are automatically scheduled and cannot be manually selected. The promised timeline may shift based on traffic conditions, airport transit issues, or transport disruptions. Express service is not available for cash-on-delivery orders in some zones, and payment confirmation is mandatory before processing. Orders with multiple items may be split to ensure partial express shipment where applicable. Automart reserves the right to modify or discontinue express delivery without prior notice in extreme situations. In case of service failures, escalation and ticket support can be initiated via our customer helpdesk with complete shipment details. All express deliveries are handled in accordance with Indian logistics laws, and any government-imposed transportation ban or regulation will override committed timelines.
