Here we / our is used for Automart as a company, you/your is used for the Automart buyer, they/ he/his is used for seller or supplier.
At Automat, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. Automart is only Mediator between Seller and Byer we as a company not directly involved in selling any product. Seller used our platform to showcase their products. We have specifically design our return / replace and refund policies to attract genuine byers and to avoid fake, default buyers. This help us to serve our genuine byers at better and for longer time. We allowed only trusted and selected seller to sell their products here on this platform. We recommended only importer manufacturer and wholesaler to sell their quality products directly to the customer at lowest price, all the products that are listed on our E-commerce platform are tested and checked before packaging, also we always prefer best packaging material so that the valuable product inside the package can travel thousands of kilometre safely. Our logistic service work systematically on first come first serve basis, so that we take care of delivering your order on time. Still we understand that there may be situations where you need to return or replace an order. Please carefully review our Return Replace or Refund Policies policy outlined below. Return order we categorised as following
1) Not Accepted
Not Accepted order can be categorised as following
a) No one available to accept an order.
b) Concern person was not available to accept an order.
c) Concern person was available but don't wanted to accept order.
Dear Byer our team work very hard to serve you, to deliver your order safely and on time at your door step. And we feel happy when you accept order with smiling face. But still we understand that certain situation may come that you may not available. So we
In all above cases byer has to pay delivery charges to the Automart (The Indian Automobile cart).
In case of prepaid order delivery charges will be directly deducted from the amount paid by the byer.
In case of cash on delivery byer should pay applicable delivery charges to the Automart (The Indian Automobile Cart).
If Byer refused to pay, Automart will suspend byers account for not defined time without any prior notice to the buyer or Automart will not allow cash on delivery service to byer in future order, also Automart has right to deduct above mentioned delivery charges from buyers next order with penalty charges (penalty charges will decided and mentioned on time) or Automart has rights to take action against such a default buyer.
2) Accepted but wanted to return order.
Accepted but wanted to return order categorised as following
a) Box is not opened.
In case Box is not opened and buyer wanted to return the order.
Please mention strong and appropriate reason of returning the order.
If we find the reason is fare enough we will arrange return call for you.
If your reason is accepted we will arrange pick up for you, Both delivery and pick up charges will be deducted from the amount you paid, if the amount you paid is lesser than the sum of delivery and pickup charges difference amount should be paid by the byer, If the product is ordered under free delivery terms then also actual delivery charges shall be applicable. In case buyer is ready to arrange shipment ( recommended courier service or post only) by his own responsibility pick up charges won't be applied in such a case only delivery charges is applicable and deducted from the amount paid while purchasing the product that is prepaid or by cash on delivery.
This is only because we wanted to make you serve better for longer time in future.
Automart has right to apply and deduction of delivery and pick up charges.
b) Box is opened.
In case box is opened and buyer wanted to return the order.
Please mention strong and appropriate reason of returning the order.
• You didn't received the material you actually ordered.
• Material Inside the box is damaged.
• Fitment is not proper.
• Not in working condition.
• Colour is different than that you actually ordered.
• Brand is different than that you actually ordered.
• Now you don't want it anymore.
• Quality of product
• Any other reason.
If your reason is accepted we will arrange pick up for you, Both delivery and pick up charges will be deducted from the amount you paid, if the amount you paid is lesser than the sum of delivery and pickup charges difference amount should be paid by the byer, If the product is ordered under free delivery terms then also actual delivery charges shall be applicable. In case buyer is ready to arrange shipment
( recommended courier service or post only) by his own responsibility pick up charges won't be applied in such a case only delivery charges is applicable and deducted from the amount paid while purchasing the product that is prepaid or by cash on delivery
In this case you have to pack box as it was delivered to you, all the items should be properly placed inside the box, in case of combo pack all the items should be return to its original unused condition, free gifts and other reward should be return to its original unused condition.
In case Of combo pack one item among combo cannot be return.
A as we mentioned above we work with selected and trusted seller/suppler/importer, before packaging and dispatched your product is tested and qualified, and we offer best price ever.
Most items purchased from sellers listed on AutoMart are returnable within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable.
For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account / as Automart Pay balance (in case of Pay on Delivery orders), the details for making such refund and the timelines are detailed in the refund policy available here.

Return will be processed only if: it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
the product is returned in original condition (with brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).
this is also applicable to our android players If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. Automart shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Replace my order.
This condition takes place in following circumstances
a) Product damages during transport.
Buyer must inspect delivery box/packaging before opening, if it found suspected (means box/packaging open, not sealed properly, box/packaging damaged, hole in the box/packaging, box/packaging is tempered, box/packaging squeezed or shrink, weight of the box / package fill lighter) immediately capture photos of box along with delivery person and send it on our E-mail address on same day and time.
If box/packaging is in ok condition open the box , if found damage products inside the box/packaging immediately capture photos and videos and send these photos or videos on out e-mail id or you can upload it on website same day.
Our team will contact you and try to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
b) Product received is not in working condition.
As we have already mentioned we have selected and trusted sellers, and we asked our seller to test functionality of product before packaging. For the branded products you can search authorised service centre list on particular brands website, or you can ask our team for authorised service centre near your location, and take their stamp on warranty card that product is not working, if you don't find any service centre within 30km of your location But still any product is not working we will arrange pick up from your location within seven working days. If because of any circumstances pick up is not possible we will ask you to please forward parcel by yourself (recommended courier or post) to our company address which is mentioned on website, our company will refund you forwarding charges as per terms.
After we received your parcel it will forwarded to authorised service centre or manufacturer or distributor or importer, after receiving report from service centre or third party within seven business days after that you will received e-mail or message about status of your product.
c) Product stop working during warranty period.
If product stop performing during mentioned warranty period, For the branded products you can search authorised service centre list on particular brands website, or you can ask our team for authorised service centre near your location, if you don't find any service centre within 30km of your location you have to raise query for pick up mention reason for pick up, also keep your box or packaging ready along with warranty card and invoice issued by the seller, so that without further delay as our courier service provider pick parcel within seven working days from you and forward it to our office. Office address is mentioned on our website. If because of any circumstances pick up is not possible we will ask you to please forward parcel by yourself (recommended courier or post) to our company address which is mentioned on website.
After we received parcel from you it will forwarded to authorised service centre or manufacturer or distributor or importer, after receiving report from service centre or, manufacturer or distributor or importer. If product is repairable it will be either repaired or will be replaced as per the terms mentioned on manufacturer/distributer/importer warranty terms and conditions sheet/ card provided with the product.
Refund my money.
Following are the circumstances where money refund refund is possible with applied conditions.
a) Order is return as per above mentioned return policies.
In first case of return policies if you didn't accepted an order and send it back to its origin, you have to pay delivery charges as actual applied by the courier service. If you ordered material in prepaid option ( that is by paying money online by net banking, credit card, debit card, upi etc) service charge will be deducted from your total amount paid, and your remaining amount will be refund to your account within 15 business days after receiving back your ordered material to its origin in sealed condition.
In second case of return policies you have accepted an order but still you wanted to return it back to its origin, If you ordered material in prepaid option (that is by paying money online by net banking, credit card, debit card, upi etc) you have to pay delivery charges and pick up as actual applied by the courier service, if you yourself forwarding back to our office only delivery charges and service charges are applicable along with taxes and will be deducted from your account and remaining amount will be credited to your account within 15 working days after receiving back your order to its original condition in unused and not damaged original condition.
b) Order sent for the replacement but replacement is not possible.
We tried to replace or repair your valuable product on priority basis and we will communicate with manufacturer or distributer or importer and as per their guidelines we will arrange refund of your product value within 20-30 business days (manufacturer or distributer or importer need time to inspect and repair and further inspection during this period we will be continuously in touch with them).
Note - Return and replacement request of products are accepted only within 10 days after dispatch of product.
c)After approval of money refund in case your money is not refund to you because of unknown problem or system error etc. you can purchase another item of same value/price

For an accessories only two type of manufacturing defects are taken into account.

Warranty of the products is valid only under normal operating conditions.
This warranty covers the replacement or repair, at Automat's discretion, of any auto part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, accident, or alteration.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by environmental factors such as corrosion, rust, or exposure to chemicals.
Any costs incurred for the removal, installation, or reinstallation of the product.
Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Any modifications made to the part/product may void the warranty.
Attempting to repair the part yourself or taking it to a non-authorized repair shop may void the warranty.
If the owner did not follow the recommended maintenance schedule or guidelines outlined in the warranty, it may be considered void.
